Before you book
What is included in the price?
For day tours: the vehicle, fuel, parking and your driver. For trekking packages: guide, porters, tents, sleeping equipment, all meals on the mountain, national park tickets and private transfer. Each package page lists its own inclusions and exclusions in full.
Do you pick up from the airport?
Yes, at any hour. Your driver waits at arrivals with a name board. Send us your flight number and we follow the arrival time, so a delayed flight is not a problem.
Can I change the itinerary?
Yes. Swap a stop, add a day, or send us a plan of your own and we build the trip around it. Tell us beforehand where you can, but small changes on the road are usually fine too.
Is the driver included?
Yes — every vehicle comes with a driver. We do not rent cars for self-drive.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or cash. We confirm the exact amount in writing before anything is paid, and we never ask you to pay into an account other than the one on your confirmation.
Can I book at short notice?
Often yes, especially for transfers and day tours — message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you straight away what is free. Rinjani treks need more notice because park tickets are issued in your name.
When is the best time to climb Rinjani?
May to October, during the dry season. The national park normally closes all climbing routes from around January to March each year so the ecosystem can recover, so please confirm with us before booking flights.
What if my flight is delayed?
Send us the new arrival time and we move the pick-up. As long as we know, your driver waits.

A local travel agency, based in Central Lombok
Lombok Azmi Travel arranges private transport, day tours, Rinjani treks and car hire with a driver across Lombok and the Gili Islands. We are based in Praya, Central Lombok — not a booking desk in another city.
Our drivers and guides are from this island. That is the whole point: you travel with someone who can tell you why a village looks the way it does, and who knows the road to Sembalun after dark.
Everything we quote is written down before you pay, and no commission is added along the way.
